Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applied Digital Solutions LLC maintains clear, transparent policies regarding service fees, milestone cancellations, and refund eligibility for all software architecture consulting packages.
1. Architecture Assessment ($500)
The Architecture Assessment is a rapid-turnaround technical infrastructure review. Cancellation requests received in writing prior to the initial discovery and codebase audit kick-off meeting are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative payment processing fee. Once the assessment commences and technical review begins, fees are non-refundable due to dedicated engineering hours expended.
2. Technical Architecture Blueprint ($1,500)
Engagements for the Technical Architecture Blueprint are structured into two distinct delivery phases: (a) Discovery & System Structure Planning, and (b) Blueprint & Roadmap Documentation. Client may cancel prior to commencement of Phase 2, in which case the Phase 2 allocation (50% of package fee) is refunded. Upon completion and delivery of the final implementation roadmap, the package fee is non-refundable.
3. FinTech Product Architecture ($3,000)
This package is billed across milestone phases: Milestone 1 (Backend Architecture & API Integration Planning, 50%) and Milestone 2 (Data Flows, Security Specs & Technical Documentation, 50%). If written cancellation is submitted prior to commencement of Milestone 2, Client is not billed for Milestone 2. Completed and delivered milestone documentation is non-refundable.
4. Complete Enterprise Architecture ($5,000)
Enterprise architecture engagements are delivered across three formal milestones: System & Cloud Infrastructure Planning (40%), Enterprise Integration & Scalability Design (30%), and Implementation Documentation Binder (30%). Cancellation notices take effect prior to the subsequent milestone kickoff. Work delivered under previous milestones remains the property of Client and is non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Submission Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to AppliedDigitalSolutions@proton.me or mailed to Applied Digital Solutions LLC, 4150 Paseo Blvd Apt 301S, Kansas City, MO 64110, USA. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within seven (7) business days.

This Service Delivery Policy governs the execution, timeline estimates, client review procedures, and final acceptance criteria for all consulting engagements delivered by Applied Digital Solutions LLC.

CONSULTING EXECUTION DISCIPLINE
Applied Digital Solutions delivers exclusively advisory, technical architecture blueprints, and systems engineering documentation. We implement strict delivery gates to safeguard project accuracy and alignment with production constraints.
Services are delivered strictly in alignment with our defined six-stage consulting methodology: Discovery, Technical Assessment, Architecture Design, Integration Planning, Documentation, and Implementation Roadmap. Deliverables are transmitted digitally in industry-standard formats including vector diagrams (SVG/PDF), OpenAPI/Swagger JSON/YAML schemas, and comprehensive technical markdown/PDF binders.
Standard execution timelines vary by package scope: Architecture Assessment is typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days; Technical Architecture Blueprint within 10 to 14 business days; FinTech Product Architecture within 3 to 4 business weeks; and Complete Enterprise Architecture within 4 to 6 business weeks following receipt of necessary client documentation.
Timely service delivery depends on prompt client cooperation, including providing system architecture access, architectural requirements, and timely feedback during scheduled milestone reviews. Delays in client feedback automatically extend projected delivery dates accordingly.
Upon delivery of each milestone deliverable, Client has five (5) business days to evaluate the documentation against agreed scope specifications. Client may request technical clarifications or scope revisions. If no written revisions are submitted within five (5) business days, deliverables are deemed formally accepted as complete.
